Guidance on expected client behaviours, social distancing and hygiene in the salon.

  • Clients must fill in the Covid-19  screening form before each visit from up to 48 hours before appointment. If client or client’s immediate contacts feel unwell or show any signs of COVID-19 after submitting the form, client is not allowed to attend. Updated cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply ( can be found in terms and conditions).
  • Clients must sanitise their hands before entering the salon.
  • Clients are required to come for appointment with PPE for their own protection such as face mask or face covering.
  • Physical distance of 2 meters may not be possible while receiving the treatment, but clients must maintain social distancing guidelines wherever possible, including on arrival and when departing from appointment.
  • Clients are not allowed food or drink to be consumed in the salon  other than water in disposable cups or bottles.
  • Clients must attend their appointment on  their own and arrive at the time of their scheduled slot.
  • Minimising touching common surfaces/areas.
  • Minimising conversation during the treatment.
  • Limit bringing any belongings into the salon.
  • Clients must make all attempts to cover nose and mouth in the event of coughing and/or sneezing and then immediately sanitise their hands.
  • Clients must immediately notify London Lash MCR Studio if they contract the virus within 2 weeks after their visit.
