Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client. We do understand that you may need to change your plans from time to time, this is why we allow cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

1. Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours notice prior the appointment.

2. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via email/telephone/text message. If you made a booking via Treatwell you can manage your booking by logging in into your account.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior the appointment, after which we will charge a late cancellation fee of £30 (for an infill appointment) before making a new booking. Cancelling or rescheduling a full set appointment with less than 24hrs notice will result in total loss of the deposit. We will require a new deposit payment before making a new booking.

4. Salon reception working hours are Monday-Friday 10.00am- 9.00pm, Saturday 10.00am-6.00pm. Please note that the salon is closed on Sundays hence cancellations made on that day will not be accepted.
