We have a 48 hours cancellation policy, which means you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can contact us via email/phone/text. Please note our reception working hours are TUESDAY-SATURDAY 10am-6pm. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking outside our reception hours you can do it online 48 hours prior appointment.
